Individual Therapy

Service Description

I provide individual mental health therapy to male and female adults young and old. Many come to me due to new or old trauma, childhood neglect or abuse, stressful working conditions, grief, loss, disability, anxiety, divorce, tragedy, and many adult mental disorders. If you're working through a new and difficult stage in life or just coming to terms with old struggles, there is a place for you here. I use multiple existential therapies such as EFIT and IFS. My focus is very attachment-based. For trauma clients I add EMDR when appropriate.
