Couples Therapy

Service Description

My couples therapy includes married couples, domestic partners, roommates, and pairs of family members to help my clients work through their difficulties and develop a new sense of caring connection and bonding. I also perform discernment therapy for couples who are trying to decide if they should stay together, and pre-marital therapy to enhance the couples knowledge of their partner and strengthen their emotional bond prior to marriage. My couples therapy is a deep dive into both partner's attachment needs and is formulated to return the couple to a deeper level of trust and connection. I use emotionally focused therapy for all couples.
